Who we are

What we collect
When you visit, we collect device information: your browser, IP address, time zone, and the cookies on your device, gathered through cookies, log files and web beacons.
When you order, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email, phone number, and what you bought. Card numbers are typed into the payment provider’s own systems and never reach us.
When you open an account, we keep your email, an encrypted password, your saved addresses, your order history and your wishlist.
When you write to us or apply for a discount, we keep what you put in the form.
Proof for the student and forces discounts
If you apply for the student or the military discount, we ask to see a document that shows you qualify: a student card, an enrolment letter, a service ID, a discharge paper. We only need your name and enough to tell the document is genuine, so you are welcome to cover your ID number, your date of birth, and anything else you would rather we did not see.
The file reaches us as an attachment on one email. It is never published on the site, never attached to your customer account, and never passed to anyone else. It is removed from the website server within an hour of you sending it, and we delete our own copy once your code has gone out.
How we use it
To fulfil your order: take payment, arrange delivery, and send invoices and confirmations. To answer you when you get in touch. To check a discount application. To screen orders for fraud. And, if you have asked for it, to send you news about what we make.
Cookies and your consent
We use cookies to make the shop work, to measure how the site is used, and for advertising. You choose which of those you allow the first time you visit, and you can change your mind whenever you like from the cookie settings. Until you agree, the analytics and advertising cookies stay switched off. Our cookie policy lists every cookie and the service behind it.
Who we share it with
Payments. Omise handles cards, PromptPay, mobile banking, Google Pay, LINE Pay and the other local methods. PayPal and Wise handle their own. Each receives only what it needs to take the payment.
Delivery. Thailand Post, FedEx, Grab and our own messenger receive your name, address and phone number so they can bring you your parcel.
Analytics and advertising. Google, through Google Analytics, Google Ads and the product feed that lists our pieces on Google Shopping, and Meta, through the pixel that measures our Facebook and Instagram ads. These run only if you allow them.
Fonts. The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
Running the site. Our hosting company stores the site and its database, and Cloudflare sits in front of it and sees your IP address.
We also share information where the law requires it.
Your rights
If you live in the EU, the UK, or anywhere with similar rules, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, update it or delete it. Email us and we will do it. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time, and it will not affect an order you have already placed.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty. Every piece carries a 3 year warranty, so we hold enough of your order to honour it. Proof of eligibility is deleted once your discount code is issued. Anything else we keep until you ask us to delete it.
