Free shipping across Thailand
Shipping is free on every order within Thailand. Around Bangkok, we deliver free by our own Toanoi messenger or by Grab within a 7 km radius of our shop. Past 7 km, the free option is EMS with tracking. If you need it sooner, we can send by Grab and the Grab fare is paid by you.
Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide with Air Mail at ฿500 or FedEx at ฿1,100, with tracking on every order. Customers in Japan and Australia often pay little or no customs on high-value orders thanks to the JTEPA and FTA agreements. Ask us and we will check for your country before you order.
Gift-wrapped, ready to give
Every order arrives gift-ready in our signature Toanoi box, wrapped by hand, with a certificate of authenticity and a jewelry care card. If it is a gift, tell us and we will make sure it looks the part.
