JPG, PNG, HEIC or PDF, up to 5 MB. Cover your ID number and date of birth if you want to, we do not need them. If the upload gives you trouble, email the photo to info@toanoi.com with your name and we will match it up.
Request received
We have it. Someone here will read it and reply from info@toanoi.com with your code, usually the same working day and never more than one. There is no automatic receipt, so the next email you get from us is the one with the code in it.

A lot of the students who buy from us are here for a semester or finishing a degree, and most of them are buying a gift to carry home. Fifteen percent is usually the difference between the chain someone wanted and the one they settled for. We would rather they had the first one.

Anyone currently enrolled at a university, college or school, anywhere in the world. You do not need to be studying in Thailand.
What changed is that we now ask to see it. A code printed on a public page gets forwarded, screenshotted and posted to voucher sites within a week, and then it is not a student discount any more, it is just a lower price for whoever knows where to look.
Almost anything with your name and the year on it
A photo of your student card, an enrolment or acceptance letter, a tuition receipt from this year, or a screenshot of your student portal. We are looking for your name, the name of the school and something that shows you are enrolled now rather than in 2019.
We look at it, then it goes
The file travels as an attachment on one email to us. It is never published, it is not added to your account, and it is deleted once your code has gone out. We do not pass it to anyone.
The small print, which is small
Your code works on the full range, including custom and personalized orders. It does not stack with other codes. It is tied to the email address you gave us, so check out with that address. Every piece carries our 3-year warranty, and the discount does not affect that.
