JPG, PNG, HEIC or PDF, up to 5 MB. Black out your service number and anything else you would rather we did not see, we only need your name and enough to tell it is genuine. If the upload gives you trouble, email the photo to info@toanoi.com with your name and we will match it up.
Request received
We have it. Someone here will read it and reply from info@toanoi.com with your code, usually the same working day and never more than one. There is no automatic receipt, so the next email you get from us is the one with the code in it.

What changed is that we now ask to see something. A code printed on a public page gets forwarded and posted to voucher sites, and then it is not a forces discount any more, it is just a lower price for whoever knows where to look.
A card, a discharge paper, a posting order
A photo of your service ID or veteran card, a discharge document, or a payslip or posting order with your name on it. We are looking for your name and enough to tell the document is genuine, nothing more.
We look at it, then it goes
The file travels as an attachment on one email to us. It is never published, it is not added to your account, and it is deleted once your code has gone out. We do not pass it to anyone.
The small print, which is small
Your code works on the full range, custom orders included. It does not stack with other codes. It is tied to the email address you gave us, so check out with that address. Every piece carries our 3-year warranty.
Tell us the date you need it by
A lot of these orders are name pieces sent to someone at home, so if you have a date you need it by, tell us when you order and we will say honestly whether we can make it.
