We make custom jewelry in Bangkok the slow way. You talk to us, you see a drawing, you say yes, and then someone sits down at a bench and makes it. Most pieces take 7 to 10 days. Nothing is made before you order it.
The workshop is in Phibunwet Village, off Sukhumvit 71, in the same building as Toanoi House. You can come and watch part of it happen. You can also do the whole thing from another country over WhatsApp and never set foot in Bangkok. Both are normal here.

Five stages. You control the first three, and the price is settled before any metal is touched.
A photo, a screenshot, a scribble on the back of a receipt. Any of those is enough to start. Most people send a picture of something close and then tell us what to change. If you have no idea at all, we ask questions until one of us says something useful. The consultation is free.
You get a number first. The price is the metal, the stones and the hours, and nothing else. Gold moves with the market so a gold quote holds for the day. Silver barely moves. If the number is wrong for you, say so and we change the piece until it fits, usually by dropping a stone size or switching metal.
We send a drawing or a render. For Thai script we send the spelling exactly as it will look. Nothing is made until you reply. Changes at this stage cost nothing, which is the whole reason the stage exists.
Cast or built by hand, then filed, then set, then polished. Stones go in one at a time under a loupe. This is the part that takes the days.
Someone who did not make it checks it. Then it is boxed and shipped, free anywhere in Thailand, tracked worldwide with FedEx or DHL.
Not every custom piece starts from a blank page. Most of ours start from a name.
Thai script name necklaces are the thing we are known for. You type a name in English and we show you the Thai before anything is made. Initials and single letters in silver or gold. Birthstone pieces where the stone is the point, one per person, which is how most family pieces end up looking. Engraving on the back of almost anything.
If that is what you are after, these are the quickest way in:
There is no single answer, so here are real numbers. A custom Thai name necklace in 925 silver is around 3,700 THB. A small initial starts around 900 THB. Gold is priced on the day, because the metal moves. Stones are added on top from the chart.
What moves the price: how much metal is in the piece, how many stones and how big they are, and how fiddly the setting is. A wide 18k name with a stone in every letter is a different object from a thin silver initial, and it is priced like one. Ordering for a shop or a brand instead of yourself? That is bulk and wholesale, and the numbers work differently.
We are at Toanoi House, 259/80 Phibunwet Village, Sukhumvit 71, Bangkok. Open 9:30 to 17:00. Come in and we will put things in your hand, which settles more questions in ten minutes than a week of messages will.
If you are not in Bangkok, nothing about the process changes. Photos and messages back and forth, then we ship. More about the studio on our about page, or get in touch.

Three years on every piece. That covers the making: a stone that works loose, a clasp that fails, a solder joint that opens. It does not cover losing it or reversing over it.
Bring it back any time and we will clean and re-polish it. Plating wears, on rings first, and we can re-plate. If you are abroad, message us and we will work out whether it actually needs to come back before you pay to post it.
Most pieces are 7 to 10 days from the day you approve the design. Solid gold and anything with a lot of stone setting can run longer. We give you the number before you pay, not after.
No. Send photos and sizes over WhatsApp or email and we run the whole thing remotely, then ship it. Shipping is free inside Thailand and tracked worldwide with FedEx or DHL.
Yes, and nothing is made until you say yes. For Thai script we show you the exact spelling first, because a name can be written more than one way in Thai and it is too late to fix once the piece is made.
925 sterling silver, or solid gold in 9k, 14k and 18k in yellow, white and rose. Platinum on request. Silver can be gold or rose gold plated if you want the colour without the gold price.
No. One piece is normal. We also make larger runs for shops and brands, which is a different conversation and a different price.
A Thai name necklace in silver is around 3,700 THB and a small initial starts around 900 THB. Gold is quoted on the day because the metal price moves. Stones are priced from a chart by shape, size and grade.
Tell us what you have in mind. We will tell you what it costs and how long it takes, and you decide from there.
