Every piece is covered by a รับประกัน 3 ปี. If anything gets damaged or does not work as it should, ติดต่อเรา right away and we will find the easiest, most affordable way to put it right, with free maintenance whenever you bring it to the shop.
Refunds
In case of any damage or issue, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will email you to confirm it arrived and let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items cannot.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange a piece for the same item, email us at info@toanoi.com.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive it. If it was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the buyer to pass on, the refund goes to the original buyer.
Return shipping
If a piece arrives damaged or different from what was described, we cover all return and replacement shipping. For a return for any other reason, the customer pays the return shipping. Please ติดต่อเรา before you send anything back.
