The Thai Initial Letter Stud Earrings are about as understated as custom jewelry gets: one small Thai letter on a simple stud, on a butterfly back. That restraint is the point, a quiet bit of personalisation that goes with everything. Sold one piece at a time and handcrafted to order in our Bangkok studio, so you add two for a pair or pick two different letters.
Details and materials
Our smallest piece, sold one earring at a time from 900 THB. Order two of the same letter for a pair, or two different ones. Plain posts with butterfly backs, nothing to fiddle with in the morning.
A 1.3mm round natural stone can sit with the letter, somewhere around 0.01ct. Weights that small are always approximate. Natural diamond is G, VS to SI here, and the coloured semi-precious stones are loupe clean AA to AAA.
Solid gold is genuinely on the menu, not a coating over silver. Pick 925 sterling silver, or 9K, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, white with rhodium, or rose. The plated colour on the silver version lasts roughly 3 years. Gold has nothing to lose. Each stud carries a single Thai consonant, and English, Japanese and other scripts can be made if you tell us what you want.
