The Thai Initial Side Necklace with 3 Letters Centred groups three Thai consonants together at the middle of the chain, so they sit as one tidy block at the neckline rather than trailing off to one side. Three initials, a short nickname, or a word that means something. It is the centred, more deliberate of our two three-letter designs. Made to order in our Bangkok studio.
Details and materials
Three letters is a lot of metal to keep balanced, so the group is made to sit as one block rather than three charms strung together. You can have it in 925 sterling silver under a 0.5 micron plating in silver, yellow, rose or rhodium white, or in solid gold at 9K, 14K or 18K. On the silver version that plated colour holds roughly 3 years with normal wear. Solid gold has nothing to wear off, which is why people choose it when the necklace is going on every day for years. For the least upkeep from silver, take rhodium, it keeps tarnish away too.
Each of the three letters can take a natural stone if you want one, a round 1.3mm at roughly 0.01ct, set beside the letter. Precious stones are eye clean A to AA, and the semi-precious range is loupe clean AA to AAA. Leave them off and the letters stand on their own.

Can the three letters be different sizes? They are made to sit evenly as a group. If you want one to lead, tell us and we will look at the layout with you first.
What if my word has more than three letters? This design is built for three. For a longer name, a full name necklace suits better. Message us and we will point you to it.
I cannot write Thai. Can you help? Yes. Put the letter in English at checkout and we will set the Thai spelling and show you before we start.
