The Thai Initial Bracelet with 2.5mm Natural Gemstone pairs one Thai consonant of your choice with a larger 2.5mm gemstone, hand-set beside the letter so it catches the light as you move. Where the 1.2mm version stays whisper-soft, this one gives the colour real presence while keeping the bracelet elegant. Each piece is handcrafted to order in our Bangkok studio.
Details and materials
At 2.5mm the gemstone is big enough to need a proper seat, so it is set by hand beside the letter rather than glued into a hole. That size lands at roughly 0.06ct a stone. Carat is an estimate on coloured material, since a garnet and an aquamarine of the same width will not weigh the same.
Ruby, emerald and sapphire are eye clean at A to AA. Tourmaline and morganite are loupe clean AA, garnet and sky topaz loupe clean AAA. Letter, chain and setting are 925 sterling silver with a 0.5 micron plating, and the tone is your call: silver, yellow gold, rose gold or rhodium white. Expect 3 years of colour from it. Rhodium is the pick for least upkeep, it keeps tarnish off as well. We size the chain to your wrist, so leave the measurement in the order notes. The bracelet is made at 16cm with a 3cm extension chain, so it wears anywhere between 16 and 19cm. If you need a different length, tell us in the remarks before you order and we will make it to measure.
