The Thai Initial Side Necklace with 3 Letters runs three Thai consonants along one side of the chain with a little space between them, so they hang looser and layer rather than sitting in a tight block. It is the relaxed version of our three-letter necklace. Same three letters as the centred one, spread out and worn every day rather than saved for occasions. Made to order in our Bangkok studio.
Details and materials
Solid gold is a real choice here, not something you have to email about. The Metal menu holds 925 sterling silver, 9K, 14K and 18K, and the Color menu sets the tone on top: silver, yellow gold, white gold with rhodium, rose gold. On the silver option that tone is a 0.5 micron plating, good for about 3 years of colour, and rhodium is the easiest to look after because it stops silver tarnishing. Solid gold does not wear off at all.
Each of the three stones is a round 1.3mm, roughly 0.01ct apiece and about 0.03ct across the set. Carat is approximate, since a ruby weighs more than an amethyst of the same size.
Three stone menus sit alongside the three letters. Natural diamond comes G colour, VS to SI. Emerald, ruby and sapphire are eye clean A to AA, and the semi-precious list is loupe clean AA to AAA.
Give the letters in English if Thai script is not yours to write, and we will send a proof first. Chain 38cm, 40cm, 45cm or 50cm with a 3cm extender.

Questions, answered
How is this different from the centred version? Here the three letters spread along one side with space between them, looser and more layered. The centred version groups them together at the middle.
Can I choose which side they sit on? The design sits naturally off to one side. If you have a preference, note it at checkout and we will do our best.
