The Thai Initial Huggies are small hoops that hug the earlobe closely, each carrying one Thai letter and nothing else. No stone, no fuss, just your initial or a letter that means something to you, in a shape that stays neat and close to the ear all day. Sold one piece at a time and handcrafted to order in our Bangkok studio.
Details and materials
Priced and sold one hoop at a time. Buy two if you want both ears done, and nothing stops you picking a different letter for each. The Thai consonant sits on a small hoop of 925 sterling silver with a 0.5 micron plated finish, with a 1.3mm round stone set in beside it at roughly 0.01ct. Carat is an approximation at that size, as coloured stones do not all weigh the same for a given width.
Finishes are silver, yellow gold, rose gold and white gold with rhodium, and that plated colour should last 3 years. Rhodium is the pick if you want it left alone, since it keeps the silver from tarnishing. Stone quality follows our house grades: eye clean A to AA on precious, loupe clean AA to AAA on semi-precious. Solid gold huggies in 9K, 14K or 18K are made to order.
