The Custom Oval Pendant is a smooth oval with a clean face. The shape is a little older in feel than a round disc, closer to a locket without being one. It also runs longer than it is wide, so a full name fits across it where a round disc would force you to shrink the letters. Engraved to order in our Bangkok studio.
Details and materials
The oval runs longer than it is wide, and that extra length is the practical reason to choose it. A full name fits across the face at a size you can actually read, where a round disc would force you to shrink the letters. Both sides can be engraved, and there is no stone anywhere in the design.
Built in 925 sterling silver and plated at 0.5 micron. Silver, yellow gold, white gold with rhodium and rose gold are on the menu. Colour from that layer lasts roughly 3 years worn normally. Of the four, rhodium is the one that needs least looking after, since silver beneath it will not tarnish. Solid gold, 9K to 18K, is a made to order option, so get a quote from us first.
Four chain lengths, 38cm, 40cm, 45cm and 50cm, each with 3cm of extender. Engraved to order at our Sukhumvit 71 studio in 7 to 10 working days.
