The Natural Stones Three Stone Ring lines three gemstones up across the band. It is the oldest arrangement in jewelry and people still read it the same way, as past, present and future, or as three people. You pick all three stones and their order, and we set them by hand in our Bangkok studio.
Details and materials
Three natural stones across the band, and you choose all three plus the order they sit in. Left, centre, right. The cuts are a 5mm round at about 0.50ct, a 4mm square near 0.30ct and a 7x5mm pear around 0.70ct, so roughly 1.50ct sits across the finger. Read those weights as estimates. Two stones cut to the same size can differ by a fair margin depending on the material.
Three of the same stone reads calm. Three different ones tell a story. Emerald, ruby and sapphire are eye clean A to AA, while the semi-precious choices are loupe clean AA to AAA.
The band is 925 sterling silver under 1 micron plating, available as silver, yellow gold, white gold with rhodium or rose gold. Reckon on 3 years of colour from it. Rhodium is the recommendation if upkeep bothers you, since it stops the silver tarnishing. Solid 9K, 14K or 18K is cast to order. Sizes US 6 to US 8.5.
