The Custom Oval Pendant with Natural Gemstone sets a single stone into the curve of an oval, with space left over for a name or a date. Of the four shapes we make, this is the one that looks least like it came out of a machine. Set and engraved by hand to order in our Bangkok studio.
Details and materials
The oval gives you a longer engraving line than the square does, so a full name usually fits without shrinking the letters down. One 2.5mm round natural gemstone is set into the face, roughly 0.06ct if you measure it like a diamond, and the rest of the space is yours. We engrave Thai, English, Japanese or whatever script suits the person receiving it.
Stone weights are approximate because colour changes density. Quality does not move: precious stones are eye clean A to AA, and the semi-precious range is loupe clean AA to AAA.
Body and chain are 925 sterling silver with a 0.5 micron plated finish. Tones are silver, yellow gold, white gold (rhodium) and rose gold, and the colour lasts roughly 3 years. Rhodium is our pick for anyone who wants least upkeep. Solid gold in 9K, 14K or 18K is made to order. Chain at 38cm, 40cm, 45cm or 50cm plus a 3cm extender. From 2,700 THB, engraved and set over 7 to 10 working days, boxed with a 3 year warranty.
