The Pear Cut Natural Gemstone Stud Earrings set one stone in the classic teardrop shape, wide at the base and tapering to a soft point. They are sold singly, which is the useful part. Nobody has to buy a matched pair. Wear one, replace the one you lost down a drain, or order two different stones and mismatch them on purpose. Made to order in our Bangkok studio.
Details and materials
Priced by the piece, not the pair. Order one, order two the same, or order two different stones and wear them mismatched. Each stone is a 7 x 5mm pear, around 0.70ct, and the point can face up toward the ear or down toward the jaw depending on how you put it in.
Carat here is a close estimate rather than a weight, because a peridot and a garnet of the same size sit in different places on the scale. Stones are 100% natural, eye clean A to AA for emerald, ruby and sapphire, loupe clean AA to AAA for the semi-precious colours.
Posts, backs and settings are 925 sterling silver with a 0.5 micron plating in silver, yellow gold, white gold with rhodium or rose gold. Reckon on 3 years of colour. Rhodium is the low-maintenance pick, since it stops the silver tarnishing. Solid gold in 9K, 14K or 18K to order. Made by hand in Bangkok over 7 to 10 working days and boxed.

Why sold by the piece? Because matched pairs are an assumption, not a rule. Buy one to replace a lost earring, wear a single stud, or order two and mix them.
Can I have two different gemstones? Yes. Add two to the basket and tell us which stone goes in which ear.
