The Family Ring with Precious Gemstones puts one round brilliant stone on the band for each person, and you decide how many, from one up to three. Three is the version most couples with a child order. Choose birthstones, or just the colour that suits each person, which is what people do when they dislike their own birth month. Made to order in our Bangkok studio.
Details and materials
This is one of the pieces where the metal is a real choice. Take it in 925 sterling silver, or in solid gold at 9K, 14K or 18K, priced as you pick above. Silver can carry a 1 micron plating in yellow, rose or rhodium, and that colour lasts roughly 3 years. Solid gold has nothing to wear off, the colour sits in the alloy. Rhodium is what we point people to for least maintenance, since it also holds tarnish off silver.
Three round stones run along the band, left, centre and right, each 1.8mm and about 0.02ct, so roughly 0.06ct all in. Read those as approximate, because a coloured stone can weigh more or less than a diamond of the same size. All natural, all set by hand in Bangkok. How many stones does this version hold? One to three. If you need four, we make a version for that. Order the right one now rather than adding later, because the settings are fixed when the band is made.
Which stones should I pick? Birthstones for each person is the usual choice. Tell us the order you want them in at checkout and we will confirm before setting.
