The Gemstone 3mm Stone Chain Ring keeps it simple: one bezel-set stone, held by a fine cable chain that moves with your hand instead of sitting stiff on it. It’s the kind of ring you can wear every day and stack with others, or give as a first, quiet nod to someone’s birth month. Choose your stone and we set it by hand. Details and materials
One natural stone at 3mm, bezel set, with a fine cable chain running round the finger in place of a solid band. The chain is built to your size and holds its shape. Sizes run US 6 to US 8.5. At 3mm the stone works out at roughly 0.10ct, though that is an approximation, since a peridot and a garnet of identical width will not weigh the same.
Almost everything on the birthstone menu fits this setting. Diamond comes G colour, VS to SI. Emerald, ruby and sapphire are eye clean, A to AA. The quartz and topaz family is loupe clean AAA.
925 sterling silver underneath with 1 micron plating over it, in silver, yellow gold, white gold with rhodium or rose gold. Colour on that thickness holds for about 3 years. Go rhodium if you want the least upkeep, because silver under it does not tarnish. Solid gold is possible in 9K, 14K or 18K, priced on request. Seven to ten working days from the Bangkok studio, 2,100 THB.

Can I choose which stone goes in? Yes. Tell us your birthstone or preferred gemstone and we will confirm it before crafting.
Will the chain band stretch or bend? No, the chain doesn’t stretch or bend, it’s made to order to your preferred ring size, so it fits and holds its shape from the start.
How long does it take? With seven stones to set, each ring is handcrafted to your size and usually ships within 7 to 10 days.
Can I have solid gold? Yes. For a solid gold version, contact us and we will arrange it.
