The Thai Initial Ring carries a single Thai consonant on a slim, polished band. It can be your own initial or one letter that means something to you, a partner’s, a child’s, a word you hold close. Because the band stays slim it works beautifully on its own or stacked with other rings, and each one is handcrafted to order in our Bangkok studio and made to your size.
Details and materials
A slim polished band carrying one Thai consonant. Leave it bare and let the letter do all the work, or add a 1.3mm round natural stone from the picker. At that size you are looking at around 0.01ct in diamond terms, a rough figure rather than a measured one, since coloured stones differ in density.
Use the chart to match your initial to a Thai character, or give us the letter directly. Stones from the semi-precious list are loupe clean AA to AAA. Sapphire, emerald and ruby are eye clean A to AA.
Metal: 925 sterling silver, or solid gold in 9K, 14K or 18K. Colours are silver, yellow gold, white gold with a rhodium finish, and rose gold. The 1 micron plating applies to the silver alone and keeps its colour roughly 3 years, while solid gold has nothing to lose. Silver rings begin at 1,900 THB. Sizes US 6 to US 8.5, 7 to 10 working days, a 3 year warranty, and it arrives boxed.
